HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT SCHEMES
Training for skill development, capacity building and orientation is considered an integral component in any developmental goals. The HRD sector provides for covering 8100 trainees from identified villages, unemployed youths, Women SHGs, including the PRI bodies by intensive residential-cum-field training. Eventually provision exists to tie up the trainees with some bankable schemes and inputs for self employment and income generation.
The important schemes conceived for implementation under the HRD sector includes (i) Skill and Capacity building training for the Socially Alienated Persons(surrendered KLO militants/ linkmen) under “Mission Navadisha”, (ii) Skill development training for some of the selected women SHGs of the district, consequently resulting in the (iii) evolution or the formation of 2 numbers of RSVY training centres for the district.
